2026 Nasarawa Governor’s Cup Final Postponed To Later Date

The Nasarawa State Football Association (NSFA) has announced the postponement of the 2026 Nasarawa State Governor’s Cup Final, which was originally scheduled to take place on Tuesday, 11 February 2026.

According to the Association, the decision was necessitated by the unavailability of the Executive Governor of Nasarawa State, His Excellency, Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule, who is billed to attend the final as the Special Guest of Honour.

The NSFA stated that a new date for the final will be announced in due course.

The Association expressed its regret over any inconvenience the postponement may cause to the finalist teams, stakeholders, partners, and football fans across the state, while appreciating their understanding and continued support for the development of football in Nasarawa State.
