2026 World Cup Play-Off: FIFA Confirms Officials For Cameroon Vs DR Congo

FIFA has officially announced the list of match officials for the CAF 2026 World Cup Play-Off Semifinal 2 between Cameroon and DR Congo, set to take place in Rabat, Morocco, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
The crucial encounter will be played at the El Barid Stadium on Thursday, 13 November 2025, with kick-off scheduled for 20:00 local time (19:00 GMT).
Sudan’s Ismail Mahmood Ali Mahmood will take charge of the high-stakes clash, as both sides battle for a spot in the final. He will be assisted by Cheruiyot Gilbert Kipkoech and Yiembe Stephen Eleazar Onyango, both from Namibia, while Artan Omar Abdulkadir from Comoros will serve as the fourth official.
In the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) room, Beida Dahane of Mauritania has been appointed as VAR, with Camara Djibril from Senegal acting as AVAR. Hadqa Yahya of Morocco will oversee proceedings as the Referee Assessor.
The fixture promises to be a thrilling showdown between two African heavyweights vying for a place in the World Cup play-off final.
