2026 World Cup Qualifier: Benin Republic Set Up Camp In Morocco For Super Eagles

The Cheetah of Benin Republic under coach Gernot Rohr has intensified their preparation for the upcoming 2026 World Cup qualifiers, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
Despite losing the 2023 African Cup of Nations ticket to Mozambique, the West African country has refused to be deterred by the development.
They have decided to set up a closed camp in Morocco starting from the 8th -19th of October, 2023.
While in Morocco they will face Madagascar and Botswana in an international friendly match to put the team in shape for the qualifiers that will commence in November 2023.
Apart from Nigeria in the group, Benin will play South Africa, Lesotho, Rwanda and Zimbabwe.
