2026 World Cup Qualifier: Rwanda Installs VAR At Amahoro Stadium For Super Eagles

Ahead of the resumption of the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers, the Rwanda Football Federation has set up a Video Assistant Referee (VAR) system at Amahoro Stadium, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Rwanda is set to host Nigeria's Super Eagles at the stadium in the next qualifying round.

The Amavubi are currently leading in their qualifying group, and a win over the three-time African champions would significantly enhance their chances of reaching the World Cup.

The VAR system was installed on Sunday afternoon and will undergo a thorough test ahead of the crucial match.
