2026 World Cup Qualifier: South Africa Opens Ticket Sales For Nigeria Showdown

As anticipation builds for the crucial 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier, the South African Football Association (SAFA) has officially commenced ticket sales for the highly awaited clash between Bafana Bafana and the Super Eagles of Nigeria, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
The decisive encounter is scheduled to take place in Bloemfontein this September, a match many expect to be a potential group decider.
In its announcement, SAFA revealed a 200 percent increase in ticket prices, structured across three phases.
The premium tickets will sell for R150 (₦12,730), while the mid-tier tickets are priced at R100 (₦8,476).
The least expensive tickets for adults are pegged at R70 (₦5,933), with children’s tickets priced at R40 (₦3,390).
Currently, South Africa sits atop the group standings, while Nigeria trails in fourth place, making this fixture a pivotal one for both teams.
