Bafana Bafana head coach Hugo Broos has unveiled his final 23-man squad for the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Lesotho and Nigeria, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Belgian tactician trimmed his squad after initially releasing a provisional list last week, before making the final announcement on Thursday afternoon.

South Africa will open their campaign against Lesotho on Friday, September 5, before hosting Nigeria in a highly anticipated clash just four days later on Tuesday, September 9.

Both matches will be staged at the Free State Stadium in Bloemfontein, as Lesotho lacks a CAF-approved venue for international fixtures.
