2027 AFCON: Botswana, Namibia To Submit Joint Bid

Countries across the continent continue to scramble for the hosting rights of the 2027 African Cup of Nations, BSNSports.com.ng report.

Coted'Ivoire has been picked as the host of the 2023 edition of the competition but it will take place in 2024 due to the weather conditions of the country.

The football body is yet to determine the host country of 2025 despite having about five countries including Nigeria submitting their bids.

According to the update from Central Africa, the Botswana government and Namibia government have reached an agreement to submit a joint bid to host 2027 the biennial competition.
