3SC Beat Crown FC To Win Seyi Makinde Pre-season Tournament

Shooting Stars Spirts Club on Sunday defeated Crown FC of Ogbomosho to emerge the winner of the first edition of Seyi Makinde Football Volunteer Movement Cup at the Lekan Salami stadium, Ibadan,

Second half substitute, Azeez Akintunde struck two goals in the 60th and 82nd minutes to fire Shooting Stars to a 2-0 victory.

In the 82nd minute, the Ibadan born attacking midfielder was unleashed by a fine Ajani Ibrahim through-ball and made no mistake in dispatching past Crown FC goalkeeper Adeniyi Adejare from a tight angle to give 3SC a deserved win.
