3SC fans wish Junior, Muhammed well in U-23 assignment

Fans of Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) of Ibadan have expressed delight with the invitation of the duo of Ayobami Junior and Ana's Mohammed to the national U-23 team.

The two 3SC players were among the 33 players called up by coach, Imama Amapakabo for Dream Team'U-23 AFCON qualifier against Libya later this month

Scores of the lovers of the Oluyole Warriors who were on ground to watch the team demolish FC Ebedei 4-1 in a pre season friendly decided on Thursday morning, made the two players invitation a topical issue.

While they expressed joy that the eyes of national team handlers were able to spot Junior and Mohammed, they equally expressed optimism that the duo will make the final cut .

Ayobami Junior, a mercurial midfielder, is expected to make Amapakabo' s final selection going by his skills, same as Mohammed who should make it owing to his ability to switch swiftly from the defence to the attack.

The players are expected to report to camp in Abuja before next Wednesday.
