45 Handball Players To Hit Abuja Camp For IHF Challenge Trophy

Not less than 45 invited handball players will be in Abuja for the preparation of the International Handball Federation (IHF) Challenge Trophy slated for Niamey, Niger Republic, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The invited female players comprising of the Junior and Cadets categories are expected to report to camp in Abuja on February 9th, 2019.

The Handball Federation of Nigeria made this known to the public in a statement made available to Basic Sports in Nigeria (BSN Sports) signed by the Secretary-General, Haruna Maigidasanma.

According to the handball U20 Women National Team coaches Uzor John and Ndudi Stella the team will play different friendly games in preparation ahead of the tournament which commences from February 25 to 3rd March 2019.

Abdulkadir Yusuf and Esther O. Lambert would be in charge as the coaches of the Cadets National Women team.
