With six days to the CAF U23 African Nations Cup qualifying tie between Nigeria and Guinea, BSNSports.com.ng can authoritatively reveal that no foreign-based player has arrived at the camp of the team in Abuja.

30 home-based players commenced training sessions last Monday 6th March at the Training Pitch 2 of the Moshood Abiola Stadium Abuja.

BSNSports report that the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) sent an invitation to foreign-based players earlier this week to fortify the team ahead of the encounter.

BSN Sports scooped from an inside source, and he confirmed that no foreign-based player was in camp as of 11:00 am Thursday but assured Nigerians that they will start arriving later today and tomorrow (Friday).

"No foreign-based player has arrived in camp, maybe because the invitation was sent to the players late by the NFF." The source told BSN Sports

"But I can assure you that they will all arrive between today and tomorrow (Friday) and by the weekend we must have our team ready for the encounter." He concluded.

Nigeria will trade tackles with Guinea U23 national team in the last round of the CAF U23 African Nations Cup next Wednesday at the Moshood Abiola Stadium while the return leg holds a few days later.
