Reigning Africa Cup of Nations champions Ivory Coast will conclude their preparations for the 2025 AFCON with a 10-day training camp in Spain, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

President of the Ivorian Football Federation (FIF), Yacine Diallo, confirmed that the Elephants will set up camp in Marbella, Spain, where the final phase of their build-up for the title defence will take place.

The squad is scheduled to assemble in Marbella from December 10 to 20, during which they are expected to play two friendly matches as part of their preparation.

Although official opponents have not been announced, Diallo revealed that one of the friendlies could be against DR Congo.

Ivory Coast, who won the last edition of the tournament on home soil, will aim to retain their crown when AFCON 2025 kicks off in Morocco.
