AFCON 2025: Super Eagles To Learn Group Opponents In Rabat

Ahead of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations draw, the Super Eagles of Nigeria will discover their group opponents in Rabat, the capital of Morocco, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) announced on Tuesday that Rabat will host the draw.

The tournament will feature six groups, each with four teams. The top two teams from each group, along with the four best third-placed teams, will progress to the Round of 16.

Along with the draw, participating nations will also have the chance to evaluate match venues, training facilities, and hotel accommodations in Morocco in preparation for the competition.

The draw is scheduled for January 27, while the tournament itself will run from December 21, 2025, to January 18, 2026.
