AFCON 2025: Tanzania Not Afraid Of Nigeria- Suleiman

Tanzania's national team coach, Hemed Suleiman, has made it clear that his side is not intimidated by their opponents in the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations, including Nigeria's Super Eagles, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Speaking after the tournament draw, which took place on Monday in Rabat, Morocco, Suleiman acknowledged that the group is challenging but expressed confidence in his team's ability to qualify.

“We are ready. We know who we will be playing against. It’s a tough group, but it’s tough for everyone, not just us. There is no easy group," the coach told Cafonline.

 "If you’ve made it to this stage, you must prepare well. We know our opponents, and we will plan accordingly. We have no other option but to prepare thoroughly and represent our people with pride.”

Tanzania is set to face Nigeria’s Super Eagles in their opening group match of the tournament.
