AFCON 2025: Tunisia Coach Embarks on Reconciliation Tour Ahead Of Super Eagles Clash

In preparation for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Morocco, newly appointed Tunisia head coach Sami Trabelsi has launched a reconciliation tour to strengthen his squad, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Trabelsi, who was appointed by the Tunisia Football Federation a few weeks ago, has been tasked with ensuring a strong performance in the tournament.

Several key players distanced themselves from the national team due to past disputes, but Trabelsi is determined to mend fences and restore stability.

On Monday, he visited notable players such as Youssef Msakni, Aïssa Laïdouni, and Ferjani Sassi, hoping to reintegrate them into the squad.

Tunisia is set to face Nigeria’s Super Eagles in the group stage of the tournament in Morocco.
