AFCON 2027: CAF President Storms Designated Venues In Kenya

The president of the Confederation of African Football (CAF) Patrice Motsepe on Sunday stormed Kenya to inspect the designated facilities for the 2027 African Cup of Nations, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The trio of Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania were selected to co-host the biennial competition in 2027. Motsepe on Sunday deemed it fit to arrive in Kenya to inspect facilities and particularly Kasarani Stadium. Motsepe seemed impressed with the renovation works done so far and promised to give them all the support and push needed for everyone to enjoy the AFCON in East Africa.
