AFCON Qualifiers: Sao Tome and Principe Arrives Uyo For Super Eagles Clash

Sao Tome and Principe have arrived in Uyo ahead of Sunday's 2023 Africa Nations Cup qualifiers against Nigeria's Super Eagles, BSNSports.com.ng reports. 

The players and officials landed at Victor Attah International Airport, Uyo Thursday afternoon. 

Some members of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) Protocol Department received the delegation upon their arrival. 

It should be noted that the second game ever between the two countries, in the first clash ended 10-0 in favor of the Super Eagles, as they arrived in Uyo for the second leg. 

The three-time African champions, Nigeria will play host to the Falcons of Sao Tome and Principe, at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium, Uyo.
