The defending African champions, Cote d’Ivoire, have unveiled their squad for the upcoming AFCON, with a notable return to the team, BSNSports.com.ng reports

Crystal Palace winger Wilfred Zaha makes his way back into the Elephants’ lineup, bringing experience and flair to the squad. 

However, Nicolas Pepe and Simon Adingra, both key players in recent campaigns, will not be part of the team for the tournament.

Cote d’Ivoire claimed the last AFCON title after defeating Nigeria in the final, and the squad announcement signals their intent to defend the crown in the upcoming edition.
