AWBAL: Akaraiwe Misses Out In All-Star Team

The maiden edition of the African Women's Basketball League has been concluded with Nigeria's representative Customs finishing in the 5th position, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The organiser of the games released the list of the All-Star team and Nigeria's Nkem Akaraiwe was one of the biggest miss from the team.

Despite Custom's inconsistent performance in the competition, Akaraiwe was able to distinguish herself on the side.

KPA dominated the list with two players Madina Okot and Victoria Reynolds, others are Hager Amer, Cierra Dillard and Destiny Phlioxy.
