Abuja To Host 2025 NVBF Super Cup As Federation Releases Club List

The Nigeria Volleyball Federation (NVBF) has officially announced the clubs invited to compete in the 2025 NVBF Super Cup for men and women, scheduled to take place from January 30 to February 8, 2026, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The competition will be hosted at the Indoor Sports Hall, Package B of the MKO Abiola Stadium in Abuja and is expected to bring together some of the country’s finest volleyball talents.

The Super Cup remains one of the Federation’s flagship events, aimed at showcasing elite performance, fostering healthy competition, and driving the continued development of volleyball across Nigeria.

Nigeria Customs Service Volleyball Club (NCS)

Nigeria Correctional Service Volleyball Club (NCoS)

Women

According to the NVBF, the invited teams were selected based on their performances and standing within their respective divisions, a process designed to guarantee a highly competitive tournament featuring the best of Nigerian volleyball.

The Federation has assured all stakeholders—including participating clubs, athletes, officials, and fans—of a well-organised championship that meets international standards and contributes meaningfully to the growth and professionalism of the sport in the country.

Details regarding match fixtures, technical meetings, accreditation, and other logistics will be communicated in due course.

The NVBF has called on volleyball enthusiasts and sports fans nationwide to anticipate an exciting Super Cup that celebrates talent, discipline, and sportsmanship.
