Adejoh Targets Win With Abia Warriors Against Nasarawa United

Abia Warriors midfield maestro, Ojonugwa Adejoh has set sights on picking up the maximum points against visiting Nasarawa United, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
Having halted Kwara United's eight home games winning streak with a deserved 0-0 draw in Ilorin, midweek, Abia Warriors say they have shifted their attention to Sunday's clash against Salisu Yusuf tutored Nasarawa United.
Adejoh, while speaking with the club's media, said the players are basking in confidence, and the feeling amongst them is that of optimism.
"There are positive minds in the Warriors camp now; everyone is excited at the results we've gotten so far. So far, so good; the morale of the players in the Abia Warriors camp is high."
The Kogi State-born midfield enforcer also stated that the team is fixated on getting the maximum points even as they will stick to the gaffer's game plan.
"We'll come as planned and we will follow the TA's instructions and play our game. The most important thing is for us to just get the three points."
Abia Warriors currently occupy the 5th position on the NPFL table with 40 points, whereas Nasarawa United are 10 points behind the Warriors in the 17th position.
The game, which is a match day 27 NPFL encounter is expected to hold on Sunday, 2nd March 2025, at the Umuahia Township Stadium. Kickoff time is 3pm.
