Ademola Lookman In Early Lead In Goalscorer Chart At 2025 AFCON

Super Eagles forward, Ademola Lookman leads the goalscorer chart with two goals and two assists in two games for Nigeria, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Atalanta of Italy star recorded his goal of the tournament in Nigeria's 2-1 win over Tanzania with another brilliant goal in Saturday's 3-2 victory over Tunisia. He has aalo provided two assists leading to his Man-of-the-match award against Tunisia.

Other two-goal scorers are Elias Achouri of Tunisia and Nicholas Jackson of Senegal while Mohammed Salah recorded one goal and one assist, Hannibal Mejbri as well as Alex Iwobi have two assists each.

The former African Best Player for his Excellent performance at the 2025 AFCON earned him Man-of-the-match award in Super Eagles 3-2 victory over Tunisia on Saturday night.
