African Championship: Nigeria Takes Gold, Silver In Boys U19

It was no victor and no vanquish for Nigeria in the U19 boys category of the ongoing 2022 table tennis African youth championship in Tunisia, BSNsports.com.ng has gathered.

The Nigerian youngsters dominated the categories and the quartet of Matti Taiwo, Sam Boboye, Kuti Mattew and Muiz Adegoke qualified to face each other in the final.

The final played at the main Arena in Tunis was highly entertaining and tensed soaked but it was the duo of Matti Taiwo and Sam Boboye that prevailed in the end.

Taiwo and Boboye proved better by beating Kuti and Adegoke 3-1 to win the game and secured gold while Nigeria still won silver after the latter finished as runners-up.
