African Football League: CAF Inspection Team Storm Dar es Salaam For Opening Game

Ahead of the maiden edition of the African Super League now the African Football League, the inspection team of the African soccer governing body has arrived in Dar es Salaam the capital of Tanzania, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The competition was earlier scheduled to start in August but had to be shifted for logistics reasons including the name change.

The president of the football body Patrice Motsepe announced Dar es Salaam as the venue for the opening game as Simba SC is one of the 8 pioneering clubs.

The inspection team landed in Tanzania on Monday afternoon and quickly proceeds to the stadium to check the available facilities.

The competition is slated to commence in October this year.
