African Football League: Enyimba International To Register 30 Players

By Sampson Adedeji

African Soccer ruling body (CAF) has confirmed the number of players that will be registered by the clubs participating in this year's African Football League, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The football body a few months ago announced 8 clubs that will commence the maiden edition of the competition and Nigeria champions Enyimba International was among the listed clubs.

CAF confirmed that each participating team will be allowed to register 30 players for the competition and 23 players will be allowed to dress per match.

The continent's apex football body on Monday made the official confirmation and communicated to the clubs.

The People's Elephant has been drawn to play against the Moroccan giant Wydad Casablanca in the quarter final with the first leg slated for Enyimba International Stadium in Aba and the reverse fixture in Casablanca.
