African Volleyball Championship: Nigeria Suffer Heavy Defeat In Third Place

It was a day to forget for Nigeria's U21 men's volleyball team as they suffered a heavy defeat against Cameroon in the third-place match, BSNsports.com.ng report

The Nigeria side started the competition on a good note winning all their matches until they met Egypt who defeated them in the semi-final.

They settled for a bronze medal game on Monday afternoon in Tunisia but it was never meant to be as they suffered 0-3 in the game.

Despite the game being keenly contested the Cameroonians won all the sets 21-25, 20-25 and 23-25 to dump Nigeria to the 4th position.
