African Youth Handball Tourney: Nigeria U18 Team Defeats Host, Battles Morocco In Quarter Final

Nigeria's U18 Women's handball team returned to winning ways on Tuesday with a victory against the host Tunisia, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

After winning their opening game, the Nigerian side suffered a defeat to Guinea on Monday but bounced back strongly against the host.

Despite playing in front of their fans, Tunisia found the Nigerian team hard to crack as they lost to them 20-28.

The victory qualified Nigeria for the quarter final where they've been drawn to face another North African team Morocco.
