Super Eagles of Nigeria forward and skipper, Ahmed Musa was in action yesterday for his Turkish Super Lig club Fatih Karagumruk in their 35th league game of the season against Konyaspor away from home at the Konya Buyuksehir Belediye Stadium, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
The former Leicester City star was given a role to play in his team's starting XI and was able to play his part and also contributed his quota in the incredible comeback win that sealed the whole maximum three points for his side.
Ahmed Musa was at the heart of the forward line for the visitor of the night as they gave a good fighting spirit to earn a crucial away win that now moved them to the 5th spot on the table.
The visitor in the 23rd minute trailed from behind after conceding a goal from Zymer Bytyqi to make it one nil as the only goal that separated the two sides going into the half time break.
The visitor in the second half stepped up their game in the second half as they put up some more physical, tactical and technical displays and as such as scored two goals in the space of three minutes which helped to overturn the deficit with goals from Samed Onur and Yann Karamoh in the 81st and 84th minute respectively, as it ended two goals to one at full time.
Ahmed Musa with his superb delivery in the game and great influx of performance will be hoping to keep the tempo and energy going for his side as they continue their pursuit in the competition.
