Aina Likely To Get New Contract Before The World Cup

Following his remarkable display in the Italian Serie A this season, Torino is set to offer Nigeria's Super Eagles defender Ola Aina an improved contract before the World Cup in Qatar, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

After a shaky performance last season, Nigeria international seems to have picked up form at the right time and was on target last weekend when Torino defeated Udinese 1-2.

According to the Italian football news outlet Les Transferts, Torino is ready to offer Aina a 2-year deal.

" This is one of the hot issues that the Torino team would like to complete before the start of the World Cup in Qatar. The leaders of Toro have intensified their discussions with their right side, Ola Aina.

"Free next June, the 26-year-old has received a proposal from his management. This is a new two-year lease until June 2025 with a salary increase", the website stated.
