Super Eagles forward Akor Adams continued his impressive run of form as Sevilla secured a 2–1 victory over Athletic on Saturday, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Athletic took the lead in the 40th minute through Robert Navas, but Sevilla responded almost immediately, with Peque restoring parity just two minutes later.

The decisive moment came in the 59th minute when Adams calmly converted from the penalty spot to hand Sevilla all three points.
