Algeria, Senegal Battle For France Youth International

French youth international Adil Hamdani has emerged as the subject of an international tug-of-war, with both Algeria and Senegal intensifying efforts to secure his allegiance, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The highly-rated Olympique Lyon youngster is attracting strong interest from the two African football powerhouses, who are keen to convince him to commit his international future to their respective national teams.

Reports indicate that the Senegalese Football Federation has recently stepped up talks with Hamdani and his representatives in a bid to persuade the promising midfielder to represent the Teranga Lions.

However, Algeria remain firmly in the race for the talented youngster, who is also eligible to play for Les Bleus after representing France at youth level.

Despite the growing interest from all three nations, Hamdani has yet to make a final decision on his international future.

The race for the Lyon prospect is expected to intensify in the coming months as France, Senegal and Algeria all await his choice.
