The wave of high-level exits at the Confederation of African Football (Confederation of African Football) has continued following the resignation of the Director of Member Associations, Sarah Mukuna, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Mukuna, who was appointed into the role by former CAF Secretary General Veron Mosengo Omba, stepped down from her position amid growing concerns over internal administrative challenges within the organization.

Her tenure had come under scrutiny in recent months, with her name reportedly appearing in several internal reports highlighting alleged dysfunctions and interferences across certain CAF departments.

The development comes just days after the departure of her immediate superior, further underlining the ongoing shake-up within the continental football governing body.

While CAF is yet to release an official statement detailing the circumstances surrounding her resignation, the back-to-back exits have raised fresh questions about stability and governance within the organization.
