Nigerian table tennis star Aruna Quadri is set for a tough battle in the round of 32 at the WTT Champions Chongqing 2025 in China, according to BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The tournament draw has pitted Aruna against World No. 2 Wang Chuqin, with their clash scheduled for Wednesday.

The WTT Champions Chongqing 2025 will feature 32 men’s and women’s singles players competing under the vibrant purple lights from March 11 to 16.

For Aruna, this match presents a significant challenge as he faces Chuqin for the first time in a WTT series event.

With no prior encounters between them, both players will enter unfamiliar territory in this highly anticipated showdown.
