Asaba 2022: Minister Charges Team Oyo Men's Hockey To Go For Gold

Minister for Youth and Sports Development, Mr Sunday Dare has charged Team Oyo men's hockey side to go for gold at the ongoing National Sports Festival in Asaba, Delta State, reports BSNSports.com.ng.

Team Oyo men's hockey side has been impressive in the event after going unbeaten to the semi-finals.

The team which started its campaign for gold in Pool C with defeated Bayelsa State 2-0 and Gombe State 3-1 in the group phase.

They got the better of Team Niger in the quarter-final following an impressive 3-0 win on Tuesday.

Dare who had the team picture with Team Oyo in their last game charged the squad to go for gold.
