Atalanta Fans Blast Ademola Lookman For Disrespect

Despite resuming training with the squad during the week, the rift between Nigerian international Ademola Lookman and Serie A side Atalanta remains unresolved, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The forward has been pushing for a move to league rivals Inter Milan, but Atalanta’s management has refused to approve the transfer.

Lookman returned to Italy this week but has been training separately from the main group.

On Saturday, Atalanta supporters unveiled a banner in Italian, urging him to show loyalty and commitment to the club. 

“The shirt must be honoured… another act of disrespect will not be tolerated,” the message read. With only a few days left before the transfer window closes, Lookman appears set to remain in Bergamo.
