Atsaka Wants Governor Ortom To Ignore Falsehood About Lobi Stars

Lobi Stars captain, Daniel Atsaka, wants the Benue State Government under Governor Samuel Ortom to ignore falsehood about the club's fortunes.

Atsaka who reacted to recent accusation from a faceless group said the club management under Dominic Iorfa should be allowed to concentrate on it's assignment.

He said: "We are in difficult times. Mr. Dominic Iorfa has been duly given the mandate to deliver our survival in the NPFL and survival we shall get.

"What we need now most is support from government and teeming supporters and not these mischievous plots. Lobi Stars FC belongs to us all and I pray God sees us through."

Atsaka expressed shock over comments about the club's results.

"I hear our performances have dwindled as well, when we came from a regime that we lost four straight matches?

"We've not lost in four straight games. Please disregard all these fake accusations. They are only evil plots to derail our efforts to get out of the difficulty we have been pulled into."

He revealed that bonuses of players and general welfare conditions has improved since the return of Iorfa to the club.
