Ayodele Apologises To Shooting Stars Management, Teammates

Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) winger Ismail Ayodele has issued an unreserved apology to the club's management, coaching staff, teammates, and supporters following his unauthorised absence, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Ayodele, who had earlier been reported missing from the club's pre-season activities without official permission, returned to the team on Monday and has since resumed training with the Ibadan-based side.

The winger expressed remorse for his actions in a statement posted on his social media account, acknowledging his mistake and apologising to everyone affected by his absence.

His return comes as Shooting Stars continue preparations for the upcoming Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season, with the club expected to focus on maintaining stability ahead of the new campaign.

The apology is expected to draw a line under the incident as Ayodele looks to rebuild trust with the club and concentrate on the season ahead.
