BAL 2024: APR Storms Qatar For Rivers Hoopers

Rwanda champions APR has commenced preparations for the Sahara Conference of the 2024 African Basketball League, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The draws for the conference were held last week and APR was placed in the same group with Nigeria champions Rivers Hoopers, AS Dounes of Senegal and former champions US Monastir of Tunisia.

The Rwandan side on Tuesday landed in Qatar for a 10-day training camp ahead of the competition.

They resumed training almost immediately as the players were put through various paces and gym work.

The competition will take in March and Dakar Senegal will serve as the venue.
