BAL 2024: Rivers Hoopers In Group Of Death

The draws for the Sahara Conference of the African Basketball League have been released, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

According to the draws, Nigeria champions Rivers Hoopers have been handed a very difficult group with the former champion US Monastir.

The Rivers State side qualified to represent the country after they emerged as the 2023 champions of the Nigerian league.

The Hoopers who represented the country in the maiden edition of the league are to compete with the Rwanda champions APR, AS Doianes of Senegal and former champions US Monastir of Tunisia.

The Sahara Conference playoff will take place in Dakar, Senegal from the 4th to the 12th of May, 2024.
