BAL 2024: Rivers Hoopers Pick Second Win In Dakar

Nigeria's Rivers Hoopers continued their impressive performance in the ongoing 2024 Sahara Conference of the African Basketball League as they secured another win in their second game, BSNSports.com.ng report.

The Nigerian champions surprised the Bookmakers on Saturday with a decent win over the host AS Douanes.

They played one of the most difficult games in the region on Sunday but they came out 86-82 win over APR of Rwanda.

Hoopers clinched the first quarter 19-18 but the second quarter was keenly contested and it ended 40-40.

The Nigerian side won the 3rd quarter 63-62 and finished the game 86-82 to secure the second win.

Hoopers will face the former champions US Monastir in the final game to determine who will represent the region in the playoffs in Rwanda.
