Nigeria international Elizabeth Balogun has agreed terms with Spanish women's basketball powerhouse Valencia Basketball Club ahead of the 2026–27 season, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The 25-year-old swingman will make the switch to the LF Endesa champions after an impressive campaign with French side Landerneau in the Ligue Féminine de Basketball (LFB).

Balogun, who stands at 1.85m and played collegiate basketball at Duke University, has continued to establish herself as one of Nigeria's top basketball exports in Europe through her consistent performances.

Her move to Valencia represents another major step in her professional career, with the Spanish club expected to compete for domestic honours as well as in European competitions during the upcoming season.

The transfer also comes as a boost for Nigerian basketball, with Balogun set to continue flying the country's flag at one of Europe's elite women's clubs.
