Balogun Ready To Extend Rangers Contract

Nigeria's Super Eagles defender, Leon Balogun, has expressed his willingness to sign a contract extension with Scottish Premiership club Rangers, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Balogun initially played a key role in Rangers' league title triumph before departing for English Championship side Queens Park Rangers.

However, he returned to the club the following season and has since become a vital part of the team's defence.

With his current contract set to expire at the end of the season, the 35-year-old has made it clear that he is open to staying at the club.

"I didn’t play a lot at the beginning of my career—maybe that helps me now. I feel really good," Balogun told the Daily Record.

"If I can continue playing at a great club like this and contribute to more success, I have absolutely no reason to say no."
