Bayelsa Queens Get Tough WAFU B Women Champions League Draw

The draw for the women's CAF Champions League qualifiers has been held on Wednesday in Rabat, Morocco, BSNsports.com.ng reports.

Nigeria's representative Bayelsa Queens was handed a tough draw in the WAFU B draw which has seven teams.

Bayelsa Queens qualified to represent the country a few weeks ago after they emerged the winner of the Super 6 competition which was held in Edo State.

The Nigerian side was placed in group B alongside Ampem Darkoa of Ghana, USFA ( Burkina Faso) and Athlets ( Togo).

Group A consist of three teams including As D' Abidjan ( CIV), AS Police ( Niger) and Espoir ( Benin).

The qualifier will take place in Ivory Coast from August 13th to 28th with the winner representing the region in Morocco.
