Bundesliga giants, Bayern Munich are ready to table a massive €120m bid for Napoli striker, Victor Osimhen, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
Bayern Munich have lost the battle to keep Poland international, Robert Lewandowski at the Allianz Arena.
According to a report by authoritative Italian publication, Corriere dello Sport,Nigeria international Osimhen has emerged as a target if Lewandowski does leave, with Barcelona the Poland captain’s preferred destination. However, as is always the case with a Napoli player, the striker will not be allowed to leave on the cheap. Notorious hardballer Aurelio de Laurentiis, the Napoli president, has placed a price tag of €100m on the 23-year-old, which will be prohibitive for a club as prudent as Bayern.
Lewandowski, who has a year left on his contract, is keen to join Spanish giants, Barcelona.
The Bavarians see Osimhen as a potential replacement for the Pole and have made contact with Napoli to signify their interest.
