Benin Republic To Perfect Strategy Against Super Eagles In Uyo

The Cheetahs of Benin Republic will have their final training at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium Uyo at 5pm today, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Cheetahs arrived Nigeria on Thursday and had the feeling of the turf few hours after their arrival. Meanwhile, Franco-German tactician, Gernot Rohr will lead the training to put finishing touches to his team's tactical perfection ahead of the Matchday 1 of the 2025 African Nations Cup qualifier.

It will be a revenge mission for Nigeria as Benin Republic in June in the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier defeated the Super Eagles 2-1 in Abidjan, Cote D'Ivoire. The Friday's training will commence at 5pm and ends at 7pm.

The Matchday 1 of the AFCON qualifier will hold at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium Uyo on Saturday at 5:00pm.
