Former Kwara United Head Coach, Abdullah Biffo has clamoured for the inclusion of players in the Nigeria Premier Football League into the Super Eagles, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Speaking with Adexsports, Biffo appealed to the Super Eagles technical crew to give the home based players the opportunity to solve the myriad of challenges with the senior men's national team.

The well-experienced Nigeria legaue gaffer, who is currently based in USA noted that the NPFL have quality players that can turn things around in the Super Eagles.

He said: "Give our league players opportunity to play in National Team, build their confidence with professional tactics and you will see the changes in the Super Eagles.

"We still have many good and quality players in the league that can deliver if given the chance to showcase their talents, It's very sad, we don't give them required attention, (what will are looking for in Sokoto is currently in our Shokoto)

"What will need now is to bring them together from different teams, from the leagues and give them confidence with sound technical trainings and gradually we are good to go. We have done it in the past with coach Stephen keshi, Amodu Shaibu and other indigenous coaches and we can still do it again if truly we love this country.

"My perspective is from professional aspect, I am a certified coach, who rose from grassroot coaching to the apex league in Nigeria. I know our players and I have worked with most of them which I believe they can fill in the gap and solve the national team problem."
