Boniface Backs Ten Hag To Succeed At Bayer Leverkusen

Super Eagles striker Victor Boniface has expressed confidence in Bayer Leverkusen’s new manager, Erik ten Hag, backing him to thrive at the German club, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Dutch tactician was appointed following the departure of Xabi Alonso, who took over as Real Madrid manager after a successful stint at Leverkusen.

Speaking to German outlet BILD, Boniface showed optimism about the club’s future under Ten Hag.

 “Xabi Alonso, some of his assistants, and several players have left. But we’ve also brought in some quality players and now have a great coach in Erik ten Hag, who has enjoyed success at both Ajax and Manchester United,” he said.
