Anthony Joshua Involved in Fatal Road Accident in Ogun State

Nigerian-British boxing star Anthony Joshua was involved in a road accident on Tuesday in Makun, Ogun State, BSNSports.com.ng reports 

Eyewitnesses said the incident occurred along a section of the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway when a Lexus Jeep conveying Joshua, with registration number KRD 850 HN, reportedly collided with a stationary truck.

According to reports, Joshua sustained injuries in the crash and was attended to by emergency responders. Two other individuals are feared dead as a result of the collision.

The exact circumstances surrounding the accident are yet to be confirmed, as investigations have commenced to determine the cause of the crash. 

Authorities are expected to release further details as inquiries continue.

Anthony Joshua, a former two-time heavyweight world champion, was said to be travelling as a passenger at the time of the incident.
