Bruno Labbadia Set To Name Foreign Assistants

Newly appointed Super Eagles Head Coach, Bruno Labbadia, is set to name his assistants for the new role in Nigeria's Senior Men's National Team, BSNSports.com.ng reports. 

According to reports, Labbadia is expected to select his foreign assistants from the following candidates: Erdinç Sözer, Olaf Janßen and Bernhard Trares.

Recall that the Nigeria Football Federation had announced that it has reached an agreement with the German tactician to become the Head Coach of Nigeria’s Senior Men National Team, Super Eagles.

Labbadi’s immediate challenge is to take charge of the three-time African champions for two 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying matches against Benin Republic (Saturday 7th September in Uyo) and Rwanda (Tuesday, 10th September in Kigali), with four other matches to conclude the qualifying race following in the months of October and November.
