Bundesliga: Orban Determined To Fire Hoffenheim To Safety

Nigerian forward Gift Emmanuel Orban is focused on increasing his goal tally to help Bundesliga side Hoffenheim avoid relegation, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The talented youngster made the switch to Germany during the winter transfer window, joining Hoffenheim from French Ligue 1 club Olympique Lyon.

Despite limited game time, Orban has made an impact with his goal-scoring contributions.

With Hoffenheim currently battling to stay afloat in the Bundesliga, he’s determined to play a key role in their survival push.

“Hoffenheim is a good club, but in a tough spot right now,” Orban said in an interview with the club’s official website.

“Many clubs approached me in the winter, but the management here showed me great respect and convinced me to join.”

“I want to score more goals and work hard to make sure we remain in the league.”
